Sofia is The Elite Group's Technical Leader...teaching cutting, styling and product knowledge, she qualifies participants to implement the Bumble and bumble apprentice program in our salon. Sofia as a Team Leader enhances customer service, takes charge of retail initiatives, and communicates hairdressing culture and history.
